Under Distance Selling Regulations, a customer has the right to cancel their order at any time up to 7 working days following the day of delivery. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 30 days of your order date and we will refund you for the product.


Customers wishing to return goods must contact Marinella Perfumes by email using In respect of returns which have been authorised by Marinella Perfumes, returned items should be sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation why you are returning the item's.


Marinella Perfumes does not cover return postage costs.


Please make sure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices. Items damaged during return due to insufficient packaging on the part of the customer may only receive a part refund at our management's discretion.


For Health and Safety reasons, we cannot accept any cosmetic, personal hygiene or skincare products for refund or exchange.


Please note we do not refund any postage you may have been charged, as standard delivery is free from charge. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods received were incorrectly dispatched by Marinella Perfumes, faulty or damaged upon receipt. We may ask you photographic evidence to support a claim involving incorrect, faulty, or damaged items.


Marinella Perfumes will not accept return for purposes of exchange nor refund, any item which as been used or is not returned in the exact same condition in which it was dispatched by Marinella Perfumes.


In the rare event of an undelivered item due to any Royal Mail issues, the customer can ask for a refund to us and we will claim back to Royal Mail or if the customer prefer it, he can directly claim the lost item to Royal mail. Marinella Perfmes, for any reasons do not refund any lost item on a different card used for the purchase.


In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Marinella Perfumes will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, Marinella Perfumes will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage.
